Delivery Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

Within Malaysia

1. Do allow below listed period for your orders to arrive.

i) at least 3-5 working days (for West Malaysia) 

ii) at least 14 working days (for East Malaysia)

2 .Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.

3. Tracking number will be sent via email within 3 working days

Singapore

1. For order from Singapore, delivery will be

i) By Singapore Post, delivery period at least 7 days during the pandemic Covid-19.

ii) Self pickup at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

1.We do not deliver to a PO Box address.

2.Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address before you place your order.  

3.We are unable to ship to any International address except Singapore.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES  

1.All are Free Shipping except Promotional Items. Delivery charges will show in cart after the order has been placed. 

2.All orders are dispatched via Sunday – Thursday, excluding public holidays.

PROMOTION PERIOD

During promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfill next day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders. 

Estimation additional delivery period needed for your order to arrive as below:

West Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days

East Malaysia: 3 – 7 working days 

Singapore: 3 – 5 working days
